I got a second hand set of these and they did not come with the tabs on top to adjust the dampening. I think they are on 5 cause the ride is very bumpy/bouncy. I am running them w/skunk2 coils. I have no way to adjust them or even know what setting they are on.

My question is can they be adjusted without that top piece and if not how can i get my hands on just those?
