97 accord d4 flashing help
posting up for a friend, hes got a honda accod 97 se and we switched the starter, but now the CEL came on and its also flashing D4 constitantly when driving, any ideas?

Jump the service check connector and count the D4 flash trouble codes. This link has info.:
