Im getting low compression and My aunt has a b18b1 motor out of her ex's gsr and I was gonna do the b18b1 block with the b16a head. now what all am I going to have to do to the block and the head to get them working and running smoth and how much is that gonna cost me.
Wow.
Did you even try to search? There are so many threads that cover this in detail. Since you obviously need to be spoon-fed, here are a couple to start with:

you should always do some research before asking questions. if you took 1-2 min researching this forum you've would've found the answer to your questions easily instead of waiting for someone to reply back. this is probably the biggest honda community forum in the world. you should be able to find anything and everything about a honda/acura here. RESEARCH!

Search the net start with Goldeneaglemfg. I understand you wanted some ideas but just like all of us who have been in the game for a long time when there wasn't anyone to help us out we had to find to a way to make it work. As a manager of a shop I get this all the time, take it to your nearest shop so you can have the job done right don't create a headache for yourself it will cost you a lot of money
