Auto to Manual Tranny Swap?
Im actually thinkin of doing the same thing, Im sure its difficult, Youll need the trans, clutch assembly, slave cylinder?, starter for manual trans, pedal assembly, I think you also need halfshafts from the manual, ECU, shifter. Im sure theres more, but thats a pretty good start. Please let me know if you find anything out.
How hard is it to swap out an automatic H23A tranny out of a 93' lude and put in a manual tranny off another H23A motor? What parts do I need?

You'll need a lot. It's generally not worth doing at all. Just sell your car and buy a manual one.
