Hi there, a few days ago, my parents car, 01 Accord LX 4cyl auto has a no start problem.

Well, to be specific, the engine crank and right after it sounds like it's going to turn over, it dies right away.

I believe the relay is working (i hear a click when i turn the key to on)
I can hear the fuel pump working.

I see fuel getting into the car. Spark plug was a little wet.

What else should I try?

Do you think it's the Fast idle valve or the IACV?
