Default ef hb/sedan catback question

I don't think anyone has ever came up with the idea but I wanted to know for sure. There's all these aftermarket catback systems for the 88-91 civic "HB"s everywhere, but what about the sedans? I was looking into getting one but no luck. I have 2.5" piping done at a local muffler job and am not satisfied with the crush bent corners. I believe all muffler shops do that unless you want to spend a fortune for real mandrel bending. So I was thinking of buying a catback for a HB and just use the piping alone on my sedan. Has anyone ever tried or attempted to do this? Does anyone know if the length is different if so, please state where so I can try it out. I really don't like local muffler shop pipings. Might be cheap, but quality isn't very fair. So anyone, with this HB catback on sedan experience, let me know, thank you.

You have to make it longer in 2 spots for it to work... I will give you a hint... they both run parallel with the car. If you have to ask then it might be above your skill level.
