Anyone know how much the 16x6.5 EP-R5 wheels weigh? The 4 lug ones for 02-03 Si's....

I'm thinking about putting these on my 89 ef bu would like to know the weight

Not sure, but they are most likely in the 20lb range, like most of the OEM stuff.

 

There is a wheel and tire forum on here they will be of much help there. If you worried what your wheels weigh get some vx

 

I wasnt able to find the Wheel thread...is it for EF's?

What do you guys think?
I dont autocross or race or anything like that - my stock 13" steelies are 16lbs. If these wheels are 20ish lbs, what realistically are the drawbacks if I run these on my 89 hatch?

Will I really notice any drawbacks or is the weight difference small enough so that I wont really notice?

there is more than an ef section (transmisions,suspension,autocros) in the main ht place the world does not revolve around ef

 

I had figured this was the best place since it was question involving wheels that would be on my EF, and was hoping other EF owners may be running these wheels or have some insight on running wheels of this weight on an EF - but I'll go ahead and post in the wheels thread, thanks
