Not that you care, but I couldn't resist posting this up. So yesterday I was coming back from the college after my last class was over. Took the usual road I usually take to commute to and from school. Typically, as a cautious driver, I have the tendency to always check my rear mirror for cops, ricer fly-bys, and etc. I remember looking back in the rear mirror, a habit most of us safe drivers do, and then looked forward and down to change the track on my cd player. Then all of a sudden, a car zooms past me, slammed on his brakes, tires screeching, his car fell back and lined up with mines due to his hard braking, and he started revving at me uncontrollably. In my head I was thinking, "Wtf is this guy doing/thinking?" Turns out, it was a guy around his early 20's trying to race to what seems to me like a 98 Audi a4 wagon. I looked him and even before I could even give him the dumbs down, he shifts into second, cuts in front of me and barley makes it to his original lane, cutting another car in the process who honked at him. Too bad for him the light turned red so he slammed on his brakes and was forced to stop. I on the other hand, was on the opposite lane, two cars behind him. From my point of view, I could see he was looking at his rear mirrors and still revving at me. Then out of no where, he started doing what I call "mini-launches" in the same spot trying not to cross the pedestrian's crosswalk at the same time. I laughed and another dude in a Doge Ram, who was in the same lane as I but in line with the ricer, started yelling, "Slow the fu**K down!" over and over again. This made me laugh even harder and everyone on the street on was looking at him. Again, with him too busing revving at me (which I was too cars behind him on the opposite lane) and looking at his rear mirrors, the light turned green in which he choke and bogged horribly on his show off launch (due to his lack of attention) and took off onto the on ramp to the freeway. I took the freeway too and he disappeared, doing at least 100+ on upcoming heavy traffic while I drove normally doing 70. I was thinking, where was the cop when you needed him lol.
