Where is engine block heater installed??

Car is a 2002 Accord 4dr with 4 cyl VTEC. Where is the block heater installed. I want to know before I buy a block heater. Might be to difficult to get to without a lift.

i think it goes in place of the water jacket plug on the back of the block above the oil filter and adjacent to the oil pressure sending unit.

i think it replaces the plug numbered 16 in the image here^^

It suppose to replace the engine coolant drain plug.

from the pics in that link it looks like it may be #13 from the above image. probably not a big difference in accessability between the two plugs...
