This would be plug and play for your car, you don't have to pick up an ITR booster either. Other platforms may have to change boosters to get it to bolt up, and some platforms have to rebend brake lines.
The piston is bigger therefore more fluid is being fed thru the system, better braking feel, less pedal effort, reduced/eliminated spongy feel, etc.
