Rear OEM Strut removal.

Default Rear OEM Strut removal.

I got my fronts done, but with the backs its different. Following what the "How-to" says, if I undo the bottom bolt, the spring itself is just going to expand as much as it can and wedge itself in there. Doesn't make any sense to me. Someone help.

dont follow that. not using a spring compressor is gonna result in someone/something getting hurt. You need to remove the entire spring/strut assembly. 2 bolts on top of the strut tower and 1 bolt on the rear lca. if it is getting wedged on there then either compress the spring while the strut is still on the car or try to lower the trailing arm down as far as possible (have someone step on it) and pull the assembly out
