car turns over slow and wont start
have a 2001 B18C1, i had burned a hole in my piston, got some new #3 rods with pistons, i put new rings and plasti-gauge the bearings all with-in specs, i turned the motor with a ratcher/socket prolly 10x or more, and when i went to fire it up, it turns over slow, seems like it wants to stop or hestitate to turn over, threw charger on battery over-night and still same issue. Any ideas?
i had put the cam marks together, and the pink dont on the crank pully is lined up with the mark on the oli pump, i did move the dist. and doesnt do any better either way i move it, took plugs out and turned lil faster, just no compression. plugs were wet, and no metal shavings or anythng else unwanted

re-checked timing and that is on, i did plasti-auge and bearings were with-in specs, but did have 3-#2's and 1-#3, and now have all #3's in car(rods), just tried new plugs and tried to start first time key was turned, but then nothing, its like the battery is dying in second's, but is 1 year old was worked great a month ago!
