I just replaced the bottom end on my D15B2 civic and it starts and runs but idles anywhere between 1500 and 3000 RPM. The idle will drop and the check engine light will flicker on and off. Every think seems to be connected properly and timing should be correct but I don't want to rule any options out so it might still be anything. If anyone has any ideas let me know.
