just wanna break 200-210whp on my itr
i got a usdm bone stock itr, all i did is replaced the main and rod bearings w/ brand new oem ones when i got it, i also cleaned it up good. like the valves, intake/exhaust ports, pistons, etc pretty much everything. its like new.
just broked in the motor too.
my question is...i wanna break 200-210whp w/ i,h,e and with a set of cams plus tune but no valvetrain upgrade.
what cams would ya'll recommend?? dyno sheets if you can and other info would be nice.
i have:
aem sr intake, mugen rep headers 4-1, buddy club pro spec 1 cat-back
as my i,h,e.

you will most likely need to upgrade your valvetrain, PERIOD.
Humpleperformance from Tulsa, OK reached 238 whp or so with a bone stock ITR motor with rocket cams, valvetrain, and hytech replica header.

If you honestly do not want to upgrade your valvetrain you have a very short list of cams. S2S1, Toda A, Jun 1, BC Spec 3+, Spoon. Out of this list I would get the BC3+.
Next your I/H/E all need replaced if you'd like to hit 200whp.
Look into the AEM ITR CAI 3" with a Velocity stack on it.
Your header, there are much better ones out there. SMSP, Hytech, BISI, RMF.
The exhaust, a 2-1/2" with a high flow cat or test pipe.
New injectors and a tune. Even with all this you still might come up short, close but short.
You could also replace the valve train and go with S2Pro1 cams or rocket cams to get you to 200whp. Even with these you would greatly benefit from the I/H/E upgrades.

You will break 200whp much easier and spend less money if you are willing to upgrade your valvetrain.
To break 200whp on a mild cam, your bolt on parts are going to need to compensate for lack of cam. This means more money spent on header/intake/exhaust.
200whp on off-the-shelf parts is straight forward, but requires a good set of cams.
Supertech valvetrain is very affordable and can support any cam you throw at it. This was on the first page of the Sponsor forum:
