92 rear civic seats fit in 91 civic?

got a guy who wants to buy my 92 civic cx rear seats for his 91 civic si, will they fit his car?

i have full 94 seats in my 89 hatch, front and back. i believe the backs bolt in but the fronts you have to drill

I got 98 black leather GSR seats front and rear in mine back fit perfect, front hand to make my own front bolts hole,but beside that they came out great.
