Default Corner light wires burned up! Need help with wiring!!

Alright so the dumbasses before me did something that burned the corner lights wires in the harness. The worst was the that the red/black stripe wire from the passenger side got burnt all the way to where it plugs up to the turn signals and stuff.

I started replacing the connector to the turn signals spot and the orange looking one. But now I'm wondering why the drivers side wires didn't get charred also?

SOooo anyways....Since there are 2 sides driver/passenger corner lights, I wanna know if I change out the burnt red/black wire from the plugs will only one side work or where else would I have to take it out from so both sides work?

i am not 100%, but i think there is a harness on each side. you'll want to follow it back towards the firewall and make sure what is melted and what's not. find where the wire becomes good, which may be inside the car. cut off the bad and run new wire where it needs to go.
you'll need a multi-meter to check what's working. you've got corner lights that are always on and ones that blink with the signals. tell us what's working and we can guide you from there
