Spring rate question
ok so im really new to the fully functioning handling suspension scene. i used to ride around slammed till i lost my old oil pan lol but now im looking to dd and track my car on occasion. i dont mind riding a pretty stiff ride but dont want something toooooo stiff. with that said what spring rate should i go with if i plan on running a koni yellow/GC setup?
