Default gsr exhaust on crx????

friend of mine backed his 94 gsr into a curb and dented up his hks dragger exhaust a little bit so he sold it to me for $20 since i have no exhaust whatsoever right now.

I'm wondering if there's any chance in hell that it will fit w/o modding it......my crx is an 88 dx and its an open header right now....i was thinking of just getting flexible tubing and running that from the header to the muffler, i know it will sound like **** but i don't really care just now, i need to just get an exhaust put on this car soon.

i'm off to go get under the crx and try and jimmy the hks in there and see if it'll fit.....but if anyone has any idea's of how to make it fit for sure w/o modding it let me know, thanks.

:edit: it is an axelback exhaust for a 94 gsr

there is a way... i have took my universal exhaust and piped it down the center of my car and still had it come out the left side. you just have to have the hangar welded on to some metal plates with holes to be bolted in to the left rear tow hook. you will also need to use the hangers just underneath the E brake. Granted you will lose some clearance towards the back of your car. but unless your car is slammed you shouldnt have a problem as long as the exhaust piping is kept snug to the bottom of your gas tank.

let me know if you need any pics

It'll still be too long - the b pipe will have to be cut and sectioned accoringly so that the exhaust hangers are in the right place. It can be made to fit, not a problem, it's just going to require a little cut and weld. At $20 I think you're off to a good start - there is no reason why you need to run the muffler out the right side either. Just use a left exit muffler like 90-93 integra.

Why not just go to Midas and have them weld it up. It will be a much better job then if you do it yourself.
