Hello, I'm selling my 2004 R6 because I need a car badly. Winter is here and it gets really cold at night, which makes it a horrible ride home on the freeway.

First off, I'd like to say the bike isnt perfect cosmetically, but mechanically I have done everything to make sure its in perfect running condition. I drive to northridge twice a week from Los Angeles (~30miles) and It has never let me down.

The bike will need a new subframe, as the previous owner must have 12 o'clocked the bike. (something i didnt look into when i bought it ). They welded the old subframe and it wasnt a very good one. a new subframe from Yamaha runs $270.


The bike was red when I got it, personally i hated it. So i bought the "raven" plastics for it to make it more of my bike. i wish i wouldve used better paint for the tank. but still looks good.

Yamaha is the best 600cc bike out there IMO

CBR's & Kawi's dont do it for me
