that guy is the biggest douche bag i have ever dealt with. Talk to other guys i have sold to and they will tell you that i have had no problems. When i first made the sale HES the one that said "take your time with shipping and go with the cheapest possible method". There was absolutely nothing wrong with the manifold before i sent it out, the shipping company damaged it and were covering it and obviously it takes forever for claims to go through before you get the money. There were also parts missing that i didn't realise that i agreed to, so i took those parts off my motor build and send them out even if they weren't in the pics i sent him before shipping. After i gave him his money and parts that i shipped out from my own pocket he didn't trust me even after i send him a pic of the package at the post office with the canada post sticker on it on a canada post back ground he initiated a charge back with his credit card company, i fought it and won with prove that i refunded his money and parts but paypal still charged me a fee of $50 on my end due to the chargeback attempt...

so in total that ****nuts got like a pretty much free manifold while i am out $50 from the chargeback, the parts of my own motor, and the shipping cost ($16) to send those parts out to him...

I've never had problems with anyone else, from the get go when he brought it to my attention that the manifold was damaged his first message to me was a threat and calling me a scammer and he put in a pay pal claim, i gave him my phone number and everything, in my first response back. Instead he played ethug calling me names online and i never recieved one call from him.

Don't buy from me if you don't trust me, but if you want them i can assure you that you'll have them ASAP and that its good stuff, pics on my motor to prove it.

 

Calls out of the country are far more expensive that email, and I'm not a big phone guy. Sorry if that doesn't jive with you, but I have my reasons. Giving a phone number does not excuse your first 2 week hiatus from emails or PM's.

Page 11 of that PDF shows my "big bad scammer threat". To quote my own PM, "I'm very disappointed. I would like to know how we can deal with this. I've already filed a complaint with paypal as a formality."




BTW I've yet to call you anything negative, however you've called me ****nuts and a douchebag in this thread alone. You are pure win, my friend.
