will there be any problem bolting this on my USDM block? the guys at the garage dont know if the head is out of a black top, or type s or whatever! so its a bit of a gamble i think... its dirt cheap so im not worried. Any words of wisdom on this topic?

As far as I know all H22 heads are interchangable.
