Anybody have any idea where I can get these or get them to look like this?

 

Probably a set of Piaa universal fog lights that were just stuffed into the factory fog locations.

Those would be the Honda Modulo foglights. Not sure if they made that kit for the FG, but I know they use the same lenses/bodies as the DC5 Modulo kit.

So, long story short:

It's either an FG Modulo kit or an USDM kit with DC5 Modulo lights.

EDIT: or some junk eBay kit.
