I am Reposting due to a deadbeat buyer.
I am selling my PY 2000 Integra Type R. The interior is in about an 8.5 out of ten and I recently replaced about 80% of the clips screws and pins in the car to replace any broken damaged or old ones. Also I purchased a brand new alternator and have had it installed since my last posting so there is absolutely no problem with the charging system or battery. It has some manageable rust in the quarters that I recently sanded out and touched up and also the whole rear half of the car has been undercoated in preparation for the winter. The engine is a Japanese GSR motor with roughly 50k on it. It was put in prior to my ownership but to be honest the performance of the engine is only off by about 5-10 horsepower so its still a ton of fun to drive. The ITR wasnt known for its engine anyway. Any real honda enthusiast knows the ITR was all about its handling capabilities. It is a real blast to drive and I will regret selling this future classic later on but for now I need something more practical.
Some Modifications Include:
The engine has a full exhaust from the header back. This is no cheap ebay set up.
Toda Header- $1200
Omni Test Pipe- $120
Apexi World Sport 2- $535
AEM SRI w/ Blox velocity stack and filter: $310
There is no internal work done to the engine just those 4 things.
The Drive Train includes:
ACT Heavy Duty clutch with modified disc
Fidanza 7.5lb flywheel
TWM stage 2 short shift kit (55% throw reduction 35% height reduction
Skunk 2 Weighted ****
Car Audio:
Kenwood Head Unit
Kicker 6.5's all the way around
The exterior and interior are otherwise completely stock. I Purchased new checkered floor mats last year and they are still in mint condition and have since been discontinued. Seats could use a shampoo or brushed out, but otherwise pretty clean for a 9 year old car.
The exterior needs some love, the driver door was dented in and a sale will include a REPLACEMENT door. The passenger fender needs resprayed and the rear bumper needs resprayed as well. I was quoted at 1400 to fix everything and this is the major reasoning for the price being low.
Other than that the car is in GOOD running condition and is a blast to drive. The Car is in need of some love but has always been a blast to drive and an even better part is that it has a clean title and carfax for someone who wants to clean it up. If you are looking for a cheap Type R to clean up and drive this is the one you want. I am setting the price at 7200k but am willing to work on the price. BTW I have BOTH SETS OF KEYS and Fobs and Owners manual.
I will throw a Genuine VIS cf hood in with the car for the right price.
Here are the pictures. they are from about a month ago and I have since installed mugen reservior covers, spoon oil and rad cap and the new filter so bear with me.
