Icon6 1997 Accord with a mind of it's own

I have 1997 Honda Accord EX 5spd w/210,000 miles. My car lost all power, about a week ago wouldn't crank nor would the dash lights or anything light up while trying to start the car. It was like the battery had been completely removed from the car. I tried starting the car a few more times still nothing I waited another 30-45 seconds and then the car started just fine. I thought it was an isolated incident until it happened again lastnight. I checked my battery had it tested it was fine. I searched the forum and only came up with a few leads, but nothing exactly like the problem I am having. I am next going to check the battery wires. Based on the leads I found does this sound like it may be a bad ignition switch? Or a bad cap and rotor and spark plugs wires? How about a bad Ignition control module. I don't have any check engine lights on or anything. Last tune-up was about a year ago and 20,000 miles ago and at that time all wires, spark plugs and cap and rotor were changed. And if it is a ignition issue what part of the ignition?? I would of thought if the switch was bad the car just wouldn't start or have a check in engine light come on not completely lose power where I would have to reset the clock and radio. Electrical issues are not my strong suit so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.
