Default WHAT SETUP SHOULD I GET????

I have a 97 honda civic coupe. It only has a d16y5 motor but there will be a swap in the futture but not anytime soon. I have been debating on which suspension setup to get for a long time. Its a daily driver, but mostly spirit driving. In the future there might be some autocross but not too much. I want a decent suspension, Not one thats ****, but not top of the line. My price range is 900ish and belowish. I want the car to sit lower and have alil it of a stiffer suspension for better handling, but i also dont want it to ride like ****, comfort is an issue too. so what is the best value for handling, comfort and price???

this will probably be a 90% vote for koni/gc @ $799 shipped from thmotorsports.com

now you just have to figure out what spring rates you want to use.

It depends on how low you want to go. I think thats fine for 1-2 finger gap but anything lower you want a little stiffer like 400/350.

ya i dont want it slammed, just like a 2 inch drop at max. Probably around a finger between the fender and tire. i should not need a camber kit right? Also i dont know much about the top hats. I heard to go with only the front. Whats some recomendations

I dont think you will need the top hats if your only going 1 finger between fender and tire. If you live in an area with bad roads you may want to think about it but its not necessary. You will not need a camber kit but make sure to get an alignment and set the toe to 0
