Default ground control spring rate?

I have a 98 acura integra which i'm getting koni yellow/ground control for. This is going to be my daily driven car which will never see track or roadrace. I'm planning to add a ASR brace bar and 22itr rear sway bar for the rear. What you recommend for wifey approval?

I did have Tanabe Sustec pro 2 which completely sucked. I think it was too softed but maybe that was just me.

Too soft and your woman didn't approve? I would try the OTS rates for your Integra.

I am looking to get the same set up and also wonder about a compromise for spring rates with this set up. I am also wondering if anyone has caculated the roll center for the GS R to determine the ideal ride height for weight transfer to get the best cornering. From my experience with a track only RX7 it is not always as low as you can go, Jim Susko of G Force Engineering published a 75 page suspension set up guide for the first gen Mazda that was amazing information that transformed my car into an over 1 g skid pad car. Wish I could get that info for my GS R. I am thinking about 400 / 450 for spring rates on my teg.

I can relate to the back killing and the roads in South GA are pretty smooth. My car sits with the fender tops flush with 215-40-16's on neuspeed sport springs now and if the roads were rougher like up north it would be miserable. Don't know what spring rate they are though. They were on the car when I bought it.
