JDM H22 Auto Transmission on F23

JDM H22 Auto Transmission on F23
Asking this for a buddy of mine who has a 98 accord. Is it as simple as bolting on the h22 trans, or will he need the torque converter, flex plate, and tcu from the h22 also? TIA to all who reply.
