90 Acura Integra SwaP?
I have a 90 integra, and i was wondering if it was possible to fit like a 3.5 engine out of a honda Odyssey or pilot into my car? i just wanted to know how hard it would be to get a transmission to bolt up to it. and also how hard it would be to run the computer and everything.
it would definitely fit..alignment is a pain in the neck and you would need custom axle's.
Definitely get the same computer and wiring harness as the motor and just wire it like your current motor harness wiring.
p.s. you could probably fit the j37 in there!
-oh and use the transmission from the same motor as well
There are other details you need before you start a project like this...check out this months Honda Tuning..there is a hatch with a j32a2 and he shows everything he used to do the swap.
He claimed the hardest thing to do was to put in the cluster..def. not an interior/fabrication dude.
