my son is currently having tranny issues....up shifts are late slow,high rpms,
along with some climate control issues, i suspect vacuum issues....but i have no idea were to start...i hope someone here can steer me in the right direction

1. How many miles are on the car? Have you checked the fluid level? The automatics are garbage and tend to fail before 100k miles.

2. You need to describe what the problem is before anyone can help.

 

the car does have over 100k .,..and as i stated it is slow to shift ...and seems to shift at higher than normal rpms, it will also down shift hard when breaking....so with the added climate control issues i only suspected a vacuum leak issue and thought i would check the lines ???

 

If the fluid level is where it's supposed to be, then your transmission is likely in need of repair or replacement.

And I meant that you needed to better describe what is wrong with your climate control. "climate control issues" isn't very helpful.
