One of the reasons for the popularity of an auto to manual swap is that there are few manual transmission Accords out there. If you want an automatic there are a ton of them out there, sell your manual and pick up an automatic.
yes, i know..... but my question is does anyone have step by step/info for the installation?
i done 1 motor swap b4 so i kinda know the basic.. (b18c in ek)....... so any info would be appreciated... thanks in advance
so instead of changing gears every 1-2 minutes, youll be changing trannys every 1-2 years.
honestly, youd be better off trading in the car for one thats already auto.

LOL^^^bt its the truth. You're gonna end up in a money pit trying to fix that auto tranny as soon as it fails over and over and over and over again...(doesn't stop there lol)
^^^^ trust us mayne you don't want to do that. There would be a crap load of wiring to be done, and you'll have a blast trying to cover the holes from the clutch pedal, and when ur all done, u'll be able to make a quick trip to the junk yard to grab another tranny, and If you're lucky, even make it back home before the trans is dead.
I'd just leave it manual if I were you.

That's a better idea if u want a lil more performance...you would need watever h22 u decide to go with(obviously), you could use your trans or you can buy a complete swap and use the h22 transmission, all your mounts will work perfect except for your driver's side mount(you will need to modify the bracket or use a euro r mount bracket(might not be easy to find, ur better off modifying yours...guy who worked on my swap had an h23a dohc vtec mount bracket laying around from a previous swap n it worked perfect.), you could use prelude axles but you will need the h22 intermediate shaft, or you could use your accord axles with your f23 intermediate shaft, you will use your accord's harness n modify to work with the h22, and ecu will depend if you want to go obd1 or obd2..only obd2 ecu without the immobilizer is the OBD2 P13-A12 ecu(which is hard to find n most of the times expensive if found)..other obd2 ecu's u will need to reprogram your key.You could also get an obd1 ecu, basemap n tune....there's alot more info out there on this swap if you search also...
