Default Full size radiator

I would like to install a full size rad out of a dc2 into my ej8 and i was wondering if anyone is running this set up and how the got the radiator to stay in place but no ghetto way please

this is my bay and im really not happy with that empty space where the ac stuff used to be plus i have a spoon thermoswitch so i might as well improve the cooling system

For the radiator just take a look at a dc2 and see if the holes from your ac line up close enough to just bolt on the radiator as if it was stock

The mounting points are different between the EG6 and DC2 and I don't think your AC brackets line up with a DC2 radiator.

However some companies make fullsize radiators that use the stock EG6 mounting points.

hmm might have to do some fab work on the mounting brackets down below. as for the top radiators stays, i believe u would have to make custom radiator stays. i dont own a ek or have done this mod before so im not 100% sure on this. just trying to help with what i think would be a good idea. nice engine bay

i think you use the lower radiator and ac thing, 1 each side, and then you will just just have to get another rad stay and put it in.

you going to have to.
i was talking about on the bottom of the core support where the condensor sits,

unless your going to only use 1 stay you will have to drill.

why dont you use some of your sheet metal skillz and make a half schroud to re direct some air.bend in a top lip to fill in the space.polish it up and your good to go. use some card board to make a template first, some you only have to do it once. good luck.
