Hahaha, vintage Shoei I admit. Going shopping for a spanking new Arai this weekend. As for the slider I will get you a picture of what hasn't gone into the atmosphere

 

Its something to showboat with really (on the road anyway) You use your extended knee as a marker for the angle of lean. If you are gifted you can use them to hold off understeer, but you wont live long practising
