Default Motor sitting for some time still good?

Ok heres the thing. A guy wants to sell a gsr motor thats been sitting for maybe over 10 months. And this would be it hes asking 1,200 for it. But my concern is if its still good or what do I have to replace to get it running with no major problems? Or what would be a reasonable price for that motor? It came off a 97 gsr.

Thanks in advance!

Its a descent price bro, whats the mileage, do you kno the history of the motor like has it been raped alot or track abused tons? My roomate pic'd up a LS for 200 bucks just the engine no trans the engine was sitting for 3 years. lol it wouldnt turn over lol so we put some oil on the cams and it cranked right up lol. But it would be a good idea to replace the water pump and timming belt for safe measures. Good LUCK.
