I installed my foglishts this weekend but for some reason the plastic piece that sorrounds the light itself doesnt sit flush against the bumper...it sticks out a bit.

Has this happened to anyone and is there a way to fix it. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my car, knowing and seeing them like that is bugging me. Anyone with info and how to fix it would be appreciated.

haha had the same problem keep cutting out pieces of bumper til they fit, not just the inside, try shaving the outsides whrere the little notches pop in.... pain in the *** kinda but good results.

 

on my ej i had to bend the tabs toward the inside of the car so the plastic outside piece would pull toward the bumper. Is different style of foglight though than yours...

 

hey man im the same way as you. and one if my fogs is the same way. and i cant stand it lol. i never had the time to fix it so. good luck
