WTB: Random technology high flow cat
need a high flow Random technology direct fit(not universal, will not buy a universal)... for a 1998 honda accord Coupe 4 cylinder 2.3 Liter Engine. This is OBDII, there has to be a place for the O2 sensor like a hole, or bung.. plus, I dont want to cut ot weld, just a direct fit so it bolts on.. used or new, i dont care. need pics tho. best price has been $200 shipped, offer me, i buy ASAP!!!
btw, a carsound retailer recently told me, carsound cats dont have a direct fit for my car, cuz its OBDII, the ones on ebay u see for like $55 dont fit mine(their OBDI), cuz there needs to be place for the O2 sensor, plus their all universal, the only carsound cat they have for mines, is a universal, and i dont want one... and i kno u can buy the things to make an O2 sensor, but i want the least modification on the cat, to ensure realiability. just want to bolt it straight on and thats it. costs more to weld and or put in a O2 bung.
btw guys, I have read bad things on H-T about random techs, but the several guys i kno that have them(i kno personally) have used them for over a year at last, one guy has even had theirs on for 2 years+, and are fine. i think if one goes bad, most likely, the car wasnt maintained well, cuz a car doesnt get fixed if u just replaced the bad cat, something made it go bad, or if ur car was fine to begin with and just bought one for performance.. than maybe the cat did go bad itself... but that still doesnt necessarily mean the cat went bad by itself, especially if their higher quality like carsound, random tech, or Jackson Racing etc
