Go talk to who ever is doing your tuning and see what they have to say.

I see that you are in Yardly. Im down in Morrisville. Where do you take your car for dynoing?

And you should call bisi to see what he has to say about this too, your prob better off asking him

So far the only place around here that I know has a dyno is crazy house in South Brunswick NJ. Right up route 1 about 15 miles from Pa.

The first thing I would ask you to consider is what are your power goals? Street-driven daily or weekend track hooker? I would hope that your criteria goes beyond wanting the car to sound cammed.

The 1.2 cams, as per bisi's site, are designed with boost in mind. Another cam offering is the 2.4 and look to be quite aggressive like you mentioned. Can any turbo luder's offer any cam advice for a turbo application?

LOL.....

nah was just bored last night and saw this one as Im looking for cams (read I was SEARCHING) to go over 750WHP on... I have a "little" experience with the H i guess you could say.... and for the power hes trying to make, a set of aftermarket cams are completely unneccessary...

At that power goal level, the money spent on a set of cams could be much better spent elsewhere.... Even the OEM cams arent creating any kind of hinderance on making power..... Any power increase would be very minor and negligable....

Nowhere did I bash anything of yours here, but you already knew that... ;O)

LOL....

everybody keeps telling me that but i want to put the cams in to get the wider rpm range , and just to get that little extra power, also a little more torque then stock cams

With upgrading camshafts you can see earlier spool and higher power numbers at lower boost levels. We have seen these results on many customer cars that upgraded from stock camshafts

extralargenog wasn't saying that those results arent there, just that at a modest power level of 400-500whp its unneccessary since the money can be spent on something such as a good flowing manifold. I'd have to agree with him despite the reputation of bisi, those funds can go to something of higher priority.

and op if you're looking for a loping idle sound that sounds mean, i think you're wanting to be N/A. If you think about it, on a turbo setup the exhaust gases have to be forced through the turbo charger before it gets to the exhaust. that shweeeet lifter noise will sound like a whimpy 4 banger.

what type of exhaust manifold are you planning on running?
log or short runner would be ok to run with turbo grinds, but fat long runner exhaust maifolds would like a nice na cam. maybe pro 1

Uh dude... Thats what a boost controller is for.

Its your money do what you want.... for 500 Cams are a unneccessary investment.
