The ITR one will fit, as will any B16.
Not all B series manifolds are the same bolt pattern. The LS/B20 has one pattern, the B18C1 has another and the ITR/CTR/B16 has another.

The ITR engine is sort of an odd motor. It has a P72 block (same as the B18C1) with a better balanced crank, some people claim better rods, and higher compression pistons, and a mildly ported B16 head with better valves and a more aggressive cam. There's probably other things I'm forgetting, but you get the idea.
