Default 5 Bolt conversion for 2000 civic

Hey all I searched for the answers for this one but to no avail,

I am in need of this info asap as I have found 2 or 3 complete 4 to 5 bolt conversions in my area for sale for CHEAP. I just need to know which generation the whole swap comes from to fit a 2000 civic hatchback with a type r motor swap.

rear COMPLETE bolt on trailing arms, front COMPLETE bolt on spindles, like connect the brake lines and go sort of thing.Im currently using stock itr axles.

thanks

-Lee

p.s I need the conversion to accommodate these rims I happened to acquire for free.

You'd need the rest of the components from a 97-01 type r.

Thanks I went to one of the JDM stores in my area.. (Toronto, Canada) and asked them what I'd need to fit it ... purchased everything, spindles, bearings, hubs, calipers (which are WAY bigger then stock), and rear trailing arms, hubs, bearings and brakes, all lines, 36mm axles and axle nuts.

I bolted up the front, installed the axles, no problem, took 1.5 hours in my buddies garage. the tires stick out a bit more now. prolly just a little wider track. looks awesome

gotta do the rears still..... doing it on a hoist at work. my question is I have koni yellows with gc coil overs..... do I need new lower control arms and new rear shocks.... the jdm store told me I don't and it bolts up to the 2000 civic rear lower control arm but others have told me otherwise.

please mind the front bumper and the dirt got the car 3 and a half weeks ago. haven't even looked at the body yet.... well just the front end.

If for some reason you got ITR or CTR rear LCA's with your swap then you need an ITR/CTR rear shock.
