I own a 98 civic ex with a d16y8 and im wondering if the tranny (si tranny)will fit and if it does will i have to use that shift linkage or could i use my original one?

also, do the D series clutches fit universally?

 

It bolts up exactly the same, shift linkage is the same and all '92 - '00 D-series clutches are the same.
