Hello, I have a 1999 Honda Civic DX with a 00 D16Y8 engine with OBD2b ECU. I am getting CEL code 91(fuel pressure sensor) and I am kinda stuck. It already has the 10k linear potentiometer hook up and I tested it with a volt meter. I am getting .5v on the positive, 2.5v on the center, and no read out on the ground. I checked the pin out also and it seems like everything is there. I have reset the ECU(disconnecting it over night and plugging it back in) and the CEL doesn't come back on until I start the car a second time. Does anyone know why I am still getting Code 91?
