Default P13 H22A Help!

My question is...

1) What's different between the P72 and the P13 that would cause one to idle absolutely perfect and the other awfully?

2)Why would the P13 throw abs codes while the P72 throws none?

I have posted at every other forum about this and haven't had any luck.
I have a 99 5th gen prelude with a JDM H22a swap. The ECU that was in the car is a GSR P72 and it runs ok. Idles fine and doesn't throw codes, but I keep reading about how the P72 makes the H22a run lean so I borrowed a P13 (stock ecu for the motor) from a friend. The P13 makes the car run much smoother with a much more noticeable Vtec engagement but it idles bad (surges) and throws three abs codes.
Just to be clear...the CEL lights up after a few miles and when I check the codes it is the ABS light that flashes at me not the CEL.

P72 = Great idle at 750 RPM, no codes...but a boggy vtec crossover and lean unsafe fuel map.
P13 = Runs great with a beautiful vtec crossover but has random surging idle (800-1500 RPM) and throws abs codes.

If anyone was wondering, the abs codes were:
ABS DTC 12 Wheel Sensor (Electrical Noise/Intermittent Interruption)
ABS DTC 53 Motor Stuck ON
ABS DTC 81 Central Processing Unit (CPU)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

For one the ECU values on the p72 and p13 are different.

p72 is GSR motor, and has lower vtec engagement. Differences in the p13 and p72?

p72 does not have knock sensor. Is set to run lower injectors, and not meant at all for the h22.

As far as throwing ABS codes, well, IDK about that. Sounds like wiring issues somewhere. I know the p13 has a ABS wire in the ECu, but I dont know what it does. Your ABS might be bad after all. There might be ABS differences from 4th gen to 5th gen
