Default 88-89 Integra pistons???

Will 88-89 Integra pistons in D16A6 block work with a Z6 head. Or will there be problems with the valves hitting the pistons? Also, if so, would a cam work or would it cause problems? Hopefully someone knows this.

So, should I up the compression with the 88-89 Int. pistons or should I take out the Z6 head gasket and replace it with a Y8 head gasket. Please let me know what you have found that works together. Thanks
