i have a 1999 integra ls with a b18c type R.

When i turn my key the SRS, CEL, ABS Lights do not come on for the 2 seconds or so.
i do not think all the bulbs could be blown.

Please helppp i cannot certify the car because of this

 

i forgot to mention no engine codes flash and when i connected the obd2 scanner it says no connection

 

Maybe its possible the bulbs just arent there at all? It would'nt hurt to go spend like the 2$ on new bulbs and put them in.

 

Or pull out the cluster and look, before you spend the two bucks lol
