Help: GSR timing

Help: GSR timing
When i try to line up all the markings for the timing belt it seems like im off by 1/3 or 1/4 of a teeth on the camgears while I'm aligned on the crank and when Im lined up on the camgears the crank is off by around 1/4 or 1/8 of an inch. Has this happen to anyone or am i doing something wrong.
