The problem I have is I replaced my ignitor coil because my car wasn't even turning over before, so now that fixed that problem but now my car turns over but doesn't start, I replaced the spark plugs and that didn't do anything, i swapped the old ones in, and still nothing. Could it be I need a whole new distributer?

 

well did you replace the coil or the ignitor? what about the cap and rotor? it also could be a fuel problem instead of a spark problem.

 

i had this same problem with my car and it ended up being a timing problem

 

did you mark your distributor before you took it off to make sure everything lined up after you put it back on? your ignition timing could be off try moving the distributor around while someone tries to start it.

 

I replaced the ignitor coil it was one piece.

 

Main Relay? Sounds like the same problem I had and it ended up being the main relay.

 

check for fuel before anything else, easy test. carb or throttle body cleaner past the throttle body shut and try again. If fires for a second you have fuel problem. timing should be fine unless you changed the timing belt recently.
