id say from all the recent dynos charts of people building the h22 to go with that there throwing down some serious power, h22 with a B series tranny seems to be the ****. and sence you already have the stuff for a h swap id go with it, maybe some pro1 cams

Either way its okay...The F20B has better cams so pull those and stick them in your H22 (they are type S cams) along with your TB from the F20b...the H22 has slightly larger valves so thats a plus.

SIred91 - the F20B is a 2.0L H22 basically....it has regular metal sleeves among a few other things but its not the SOHC accord motor you thinking of a (although the family is VERY similar block wise)

For the most part the manual cams are always better and thus those motors make more power.

On the F20B for instance the auto makes 185hp and the manual makes 200hp....the manual version has a few tricks as well as Type S cams vs the smaller cams on the auto version

I have a f22b1 longblock laying around and im going to do the crank and rods from the f22 using the 10.6:1 jdm pistons and a thicker head gasket,I dont want a 8k+ rpm engine i want something average, something that yield good whp without exploiting the bottom end.
