WTB: H23 or H22 (full engines or blocks) Washington, DC

I have a 4th gen Prelude Si that needs a new H23 block or a complete H22A or H22A4 swap. I'll consider whatever you have. Let me know where you are located. I will pick up. I'm in the Washington, DC area.

I'd be willing to drive up to 200 miles. That means PA, MD, VA, NC, WV are all in range. I know someone has at least an H23 laying around. Just a matter of time.
