I recently blew the CV axle on my EP3 after installing full coilovers. I'm going in for a 4-wheel alignment tomorrow. Will the blown axle affect the car's alignment?

 

why not just replace the axle...its cheap and doesn't take long...!!!

 

My alignment is a huge problem right now and the car is barely driveable. The axle will have to wait until next week when I get the time.

It shouldn't affect the alignment.

However, when the axle is replaced, the parts removed an reinstalled could very well throw the alignment off again. I've never seen a mechanic not recommend an alignment after changing an axle.
