cam journal Question

cam journal Question
After I dissasembled my b18c head I noticed there was a spek of dirt in one of my cam journals. I tried to remove it with my fingernail but its embedded in the journal pretty good. Im not sure how it even got there as I didnt notice it initially. Do you think this can be fixed?
