9ccord engine turns but have to tap gas pedal to start

ya hows it goin my 96 accord i just turboed it and now every time you go to start it the engine turns but you have tap the gas for it to start up any ideas would be helpful...

dno what your lookin for but ok 96 accord 5 speed 2.2 non vtec f22b2 motor... boosted on 7lbs obx fuel rail 450cc injectors you just try to start it and it just turns till you tap the gas pedal and its never done it before.. and if you need to know any other info lemme know what thanks....
